Congress Urged to Revise Travel Ban Amendment

Open Letter to Congress on Govt Travel with Signatures - ABA, numerous state bankers associations and more than 2,000 other organizations signed onto an American Society of Association Executives letter that urged Congress yesterday to revise an amendment -- attached to separate Senate- and House-passed bills (S. 1729 and H.R. 2146) -- that that would severely restrict government employees’ travel, including bank regulators’ attendance at conferences.
